Four of our current full-time Managers have been promoted from casual positions.

You will be contacted by our Human Resources Department if you are successful in obtaining an interview.

 

Interviews are conducted on a Tuesday, and if you are successful induction training will be required.

 

Induction Training is held on a Tuesday afternoon at 2pm and is approximately 2 hours in duration.

 

Where can you go within the Best Organisation?

 

All guards starts as casual employees and depending on experience, work Friday and Saturday nights or for more experienced guards Thursday through Saturday nights.

 

This may develop into 5 nights per week and those interested in leading teams may seek future training and become Head Guards.

 

Head Guards can progress to Supervisors.

 

Supervisors may apply for Management roles when they become available.

 

Management Roles may include, Training Supervisors or Client Service Managers.

 

Rates of pay and/or benefits increase with each level attained.
